If you've been following my writing you know I have great concerns about the availability of broadband services in rural parts of the United States. This will be an interesting teleconference - I'll be listening and writing about it here.
Thanks Gordon. I will try to join in on the teleconference.
ReplyDeleteI am one of those acquired Verizon customers that is not please with the service provided by Fairpoint. I seems to me that if this company were as great as they claim they would have hit the ground running. I am no longer able to view my account online nor does their website offer me any pricing for packages they offer. In today's techonolgy this should have all been worked out prior to take over so the customer (me) doesn't suffer. If I had a choice which I don't I would change to another provider at this point.
